All of the things that I have mentioned above require a lot of time and effort. Once you start doing them then you will notice some sort of mental burnout and it is totally normal for people who are going the extra mile to improve their health both mentally and physically. 

What you can do is take a break every week and this will help a lot in improving your mental health. Doing meditation and relaxing your mind is also important for your health. So try to keep a balance between both of these things.
